The Council of Filipino Organizations of Arizona (CFO-AZ) invites the community to the 126th Annual Philippine Independence Day Celebration, marking the 20th year of its observation in Arizona. This event commemorates the Anniversary of the Proclamation of Philippine Independence, celebrating the resilience, unity, and rich cultural heritage of Filipinos in Arizona and around the world.

CFO-AZ, established in 2004, has been at the forefront of promoting Filipino culture and heritage in the state. The organization is committed to connecting the community, celebrating cultural pride, and embracing the shared values that have historically united Filipinos.

The Cultural Day on June 8th, 2024, at ASU West Campus from 10 am to 7 pm, will be a captivating showcase of Filipino culture. This free event will feature a parade of organizations, cultural performances, fashion shows, historical exhibits, and health screenings and Mr. & Miss Teen Philippines Arizona Beauty Pageant offering a unique opportunity for cultural immersion and community engagement.

The Gala Night on July 27th, 2024, at Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, supported by major sponsor Casino Arizona, will further the celebration with the coronation of pageant winners, performances, recognitions, dinner and dance. It promises to be an evening that highlights the culture, traditions, and achievements of the Filipino-American community.

CFO-AZ is eager to share this enriching experience with the entire Filipino community and the broader Arizona community, inviting everyone to partake in the festivities and learn more about the diverse culture and traditions of the Philippines.
